In order to make your relocation to Central Portugal as smooth as possible, all project management and support services can be easily provided by WladiVal’s staff. 

WladiVal can help you through the whole process :

◊  planning viewing trips

◊  written and verbal Portuguese and English translations (e.g., the Final Deed "Escritura" held at the notary's office is in Portuguese),

◊  opening a bank account with a bank,

◊  taking care of any mortgage or loan applications,

◊  arranging inspections and surveys,

◊  obtaining your Portuguese Fiscal Numbers (NIF’s),

◊  arranging Fiscal Representation,

◊  attending Government departments,

◊  assistance with correspondence and form filling,

◊  organising utilities and arranging their payment,

◊  take care of any mail forwarding or any phone and fax services that you may need

◊  WladiVal can also guide you with arranging language training

◊  registration with Portuguese authorities

◊  school and childcare

◊  pets

◊  and be the liaison between you and any building companies and architect bureaus in the Central Portugal region.

WladiVal’s Project Management and Support Services and Support Services are normally tailor made to suite your needs, but here’s an approximate indication of our usual charges:

a) Our hourly rate is EUR €15;

b) A minimum of EUR €10 will always be charged for any periods of work taking less than one hour to complete, e.g., for phone calls, faxes etc.;

c) If travel is involved, we will charge EUR €0,35 per driven km;

d) All values are inclusive of VAT (called IVA in Portugal) and an invoice will always be provided.
